Should we re-order or re-design?

Now that we have been authorised to march at the Cenotaph in November there is a feeling that as we have been accepted to march as an Association, we should have a standardised beret and badge. The obvious choice of beret is black and the preliminary choice for the badge is the Aircrewmans Wings in gold thread - do we include the ACA lettering? The Committee have discussed this and come up with a solution - do you have any thoughts - let us know please.
